We had our apartment kitchen, laundry, and bathroom renovated by the team and have been very happy with the result. They gave us regular updates, listened to what we wanted, and gave practical advice to get the best outcome. Jake and Steve, and their wider team, were wonderful to work with. As well as being quick and effective communicators, they were able to work collaboratively with us to deliver our design vision for a sometimes complicated heritage renovation. Their work was delivered to a high standard and project timelines were always communicated. Would highly recommend to anyone embarking on a new build or renovation, and we're looking forward to working with them again on our next renovation!

The team at Melbourne Building Design Group were amazing. We needed a fairly fast renovation as we literally had weeks until we had to move in. The guys completed the work to a very high standard and didn’t cut any corners. They were so good we kept adding things to their job list. We couldn’t be happier with the result.

Wish I could give this business more than 5 stars as I can't recommend them highly enough. Jake and his team have such a positive and 'can-do' attitude backed by knowledge. They always look for solutions that are within budget to make the most out of your money. The finish and end result has always been excellent. Jake is reliable, responsive and just a pleasure to deal with. I first hired Jake and his team for a bathroom renovation, but have gone on to use them for paving, re-stumping, bedroom make over and all sorts of jobs - whatever you need, they'll get it done with a fabulous finish.

We love our ensuite makeover, but more importantly, fell in love with the team at MBD Group as they showed care, flexibility and incredible patience when I suffered a debilitating injury through the project build. Even though I couldn’t “see” the progress physically, they executed professionally, brought me along on the journey, and I trusted them every step of the way. The team are reliable, and well priced, without compromising on quality (and I’m fussy!).

We had our two bathrooms renovated by Jake and his team. We are thrilled with the results. We had budget and Jake was able to assist in providing different solutions to ensure we maximised the renovation, staying within budget. Jake is extremely professional, responsive and thorough. I have had other trades in the past with very poor communication, NOT Jake, he always gets back to you quickly with solutions. He also was realistic with our long our bathrooms would take and managed to get them both completed in the timeframe, which was fantastic. A very well organised business and their work is second to none. We love our bathrooms. Thank you to Jake and the team for all their work on our house, we are thrilled. We had our bathroom fully renovated in the recent month, and we can't recommend Jake and his brilliant team enough. The bathroom looks absolutely amazing! What really stood out - Jake's responsiveness and timeliness of his communication which is really what you want in this whole process, making it trustworthy.
